In her previous role as VP of Biddable Media Daga specialized in the advertising of health & wellness brand names with all lifecycle phases: starting from professional test recruitment campaigns, with the pre-launch market-shaping, launch and marketing stage, ending with license expiry and advertising sunsetting.

A 25-year expert in the healthcare advertising and marketing area, Tracey started her career as an agency account individual for a variety of pharma brands and later pioneered the advertising and marketing effort to launch a first-of-its kind portal in the eyewear and eyecare space.

It was these early tests that drove Underscore's focus on data driven programs and ROI measurement, a fundamental distinction in the sector. She believes Underscore is the version for how media and advertising and marketing companies should, and will, progress in the future.

While at Underscore, she invested 3 years instructing Search Engine Advertising at the WSE University in Krakow. One of her faves memories of operating at Underscore was years earlier, when they identified how to map Nielsen data to Yahoo's audience base and prove out ROI from electronic media to retail acquisition.
