With a focus on character inclusivity and fine-tuning on mechanics, this is a game built from the ground-up with the competitive scene in mind. Even better, there seems to be a no-nonsense rule when it comes to new gimmicks. Sure, it may be the only major game that Nintendo brought to their E3 Direct, but it is a show stop
Speaking of which, it's pretty clear right from the time the first trailer was revealed just how important authenticity is to Ghost of Tsushima . It's not just the visuals and audio, as striking as they are, but in the care that has been taken to get them right. All the plants, people and just general environmental things have been crafted to ensure they would be right at home in real life Japan. Some of the audio was apparently recorded right in Japan its
The world felt alive as V, the game’s protagonist, roamed the streets of Night City. The fast-paced first person combat – a whole new genre for the Polish studio – was frenetic and strategic as you take future drugs to boast your abilities and dash to avoid enemy fire. The choices you make truly affect the outcome of every mission as you take jobs from gang bosses and interact with the corporate scum that controls the city. CD Projekt Red had a strong showing and if Cyberpunk 2077 somehow releases this game this generation, it will surely be one of the best the current consoles have s
It's due to its now-delayed release window that Ghost of Tsushima will instead be instead focused on at the as-yet-unannounced PlayStation Meeting 2020. This kind of event could tentatively fall anywhere through 2020. 2016's PlayStation Meeting was in September and focused on the announcement and reveal of the PlayStation Pro console. A PlayStation Meeting 2020 could similarly focus on the PS5, showcasing Ghost of Tsushima as a launch title or as an example of the PS5's potent
Development of Ghost of Tsushima is apparently going smoothly at Sucker Punch, despite the delays. There's said to be a significant amount of work going into the technical side of the game. The rumor doesn't make clear whether the technical upgrades came prior to Ghost of Tsushima Walkthrough|Https://Tsushimalegend.com/ of Tsushima being made into a PS5 title or as a result of being shifted to be a PS5 title. Considering how impressive Infamous: Second Son looked on PS4, expect Ghost of Tsushima to impress on P
Now that the dust has settled around E3 2018 it’s time to take a look back and pick our favorites from the annual show. As usual there were a lot of games at the show this year, and plenty of things that impressed us. However, in order to qualify for our Best-Of list, a game needed to be playable or played in front of us. Trailers are great to build hype but they don’t always represent the finished product. So without further ado, here are our 10 Best Games of E3 2018 in alphabetical or
This year may have had very few surprises thanks to a ton of leaks, but even then many of those games still impressed. E3 2018 was a solid year all around and it offered a lot of reasons to be excited for the coming year or
Perhaps Sony wasn't thinking with its wallet in mind, but the release did set a precedent for the future. Games released towards the end of a console's lifecycle now had the potential to show up in enhanced form on that console's successor. Rockstar Games even seemed to take this lesson to heart by releasing Grand Theft Auto V roughly a year after its last-generation debut for both PS4 and Xbox
It'll be interesting to see what path Sony takes, but for now, bets are on Ghost of Tsushima seeing some kind of PS5 support. Sony would be crazy to ignore the huge install base of PS4's (currently sitting at 100 million+ consoles), but it also needs to have something big for when the PS5 rolls around. What better than Ghost of Tsushima , a game we still don't know much ab
Square Enix and Platinum Games are teaming up again for another action title. Called Babylon's Fall , we were given a very Nier -esque trailer that didn't reveal much about plot details. It does look exciting, though. You can check out our full coverage he

While not a lot of information has been revealed about the game, there are still tidbits here and there to help sate the f
It’s hard to talk too much about why we love The Messenger without spoiling anything. After initially seeing the indie darling at PAX East 2018 earlier this year, the E3 build of the game dropped us later into the story with a slew of new items and challenges at our disposal. Every time we see The Messenger , we still find some way to be baffled by what Sabotage Studio has created. This is one that’s going to surprise you in more ways than one when it releases later this y
However, with backward compatibility said to be a guarantee, this might not be the case. For all intents and purposes, Sony could offer a patch for any PS4 game that makes it utilize unique PS5 features. Since Ghost of Tsushima may be launching mere weeks before the PS5, maybe a PS5 disc will simply be the PS4 version with any relevant patches applied. It would certainly make for a good excuse to release a "Game of the Year" edition and label it a PS5 exclus
