She sang in musicals, talent exhibits, and choir teams in elementary college. In high school, her passions had been in becoming an accountant. She enrolled at the University of Georgia, but was unhappy with the enormous size of the school, and transferred to Belmont University in Nashville Tennessee. Following much learning, Yearwood graduated with a Bachelor's Diploma in business administration.
