This is another Mineshaft that you can find near the Mount Obsidian Midpoint fast travel point, but in this case, you need to head west of the teleporter. Astegon is a level 48 Dark/Dragon-type Pal, so we recommend bringing a few Ice Element Pals, such as Penking , Wumpo, or Frostallion.
When a human is captured, the game will notify players that the action is inhumane on Palpagos Island, yet it is entirely possible. Humans are quite different from Pals, however, and as the main focus of the game is on Pals, humans are relatively useless once caught other than for selling for Gold or doing some Handiwork. A Mossanda Lux can be found on the easternmost island of the map as an Alpha boss just north-east of the Natural Bridge fast travel point. When you're running or rolling away, be sure to keep your eye on Faleris because it can come up on you quickly. If the focus is not on you, don't waste your stamina , so you can use it to dodge future attacks. Make sure your Pals are full on health and at a higher level as well, because you will need their help to take this boss down. You can actually use your Pal to distract Faleris while attacking him from the opposite direction to deal the most damage.
Prepare well for your visit by bringing a powerful ranged weapon like a Legendary Crossbow, as the boss you will encounter will be level 49. However, the efforts spent on the battle will not be in vain, as you can get a rare Legendary Assault Rifle Schematic for the victory.
Faleris is a Fire-type Pal, which means water will be your best friend in this fight. He will be strong against Grass and Ice types, so you'll want to avoid using these types of Pals. Focus on leveling up a few of your Water-type Pals prior to attempting this boss.
Although the regular Mossanda is just as good at transporting items, the Mossanda Lux is ever so slightly superior simply because its Level 2 Generating Electricity ability is more useful than Level 2 Planting since many Pals have this Work Suitability anyway. While Faleris is a Fire type, he is also a Flying Pal with Electric attacks, which gives him a slight advantage when attacking. Most of the attacks do seem randomized with a few tell-tale signs of what's to come . Faleris will also deal a couple Area of Effect (AoE) Fire and Electric moves. With these types of attacks, you will see a red perimeter signifying where the attack will deal damage.
