Cialis (pronounced "see-Alice") is a moderate advance in the field of treatment for erectile dysfunction in men. Studies have shown that Cialis improved erections in eighty-five percent of men taking the target dose (20mg) of the drug, and "normal" erections in over sixty percent. The effects of the dose had rapid onset, and lasted for a full twenty-four hours (or longer), giving quite a bit more leeway that the original drug in this class, Viagra. There also do not seem to be any of the effects on color vision that were common with sidenafil citrate.
