Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl isn't the first time a different studio has branched into Smash Bros .' territory. PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale tried to latch onto the trend back in 2012. The game was met with mixed reviews, however, as many criticized its clumsy execution and relative lack of content. Ultimately, a PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale sequel never happened despite rumors, and since then it's seemed as though no other major company has pushed to use Nintendo's winning formula. While there have arguably been a few similar games such as Brawlhalla , none have had major pull or combined enough notable franchises to draw significant attent
Nintendo's formula for the long-running **Super Smash Bros ** . series is well known by now: popular characters from across various franchises come together in an arena setting to battle together, or against each other, or through any number of unique situations and game modes. Part of Smash Bros . success could stem from the core concept at its execution. Bringing together different characters in such a manner appeals to a wider range of fans. This raises the question, then, of why other studios don't take advantage of franchise combo games more frequently. For quite a while, it was beginning to feel as though Nintendo had a monopoly on the formula - fortunately, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl has come around to change t
While Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 's release trailer gave fans a quick peek at the game, it also confirmed a handful of characters — 14 in total — that will feature. While the initial roster is fairly star-studded, there are a few contenders that are conspicuously missing. Even though fans should expect that the SpongeBob SquarePants franchise will likely have the most characters in the game, the inclusion of Sandy Cheeks, Patrick Star, and SpongeBob points to a willingness to include multiple characters from one franchise. As such, even though we currently only have Helga confirmed from the Hey Arnold! series, it's likely that fans can expect Arnold himself. Regardless, there are a few more characters who stand out as obvious choices for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Stars Updates|https://brawlstarsfans.com/ 's ros
The rest of the characters seen in the Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl box art remain a mystery. Two popular Nickelodeon characters that perhaps are the most obvious possibilities for the roster are Jimmy Neutron and Timmy Turner , and it wouldn't be surprising to have a Rocko's Modern Life representative as well. For now, those looking forward to Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl will have to wait to learn more about the game's final roster and what other characters will be featured in the lin

That is until you notice the symbol for The Order of the White Lotus in the background. Check out the picture below and compare it to the scene in the trailer - looks like we’re headed for a scrap in the Impenetrable City, eh?
From the gameplay that's been revealed thus far, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl seems to be exactly what the title would indicate. The Smash Bros -esque Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl will bring together characters from SpongeBob SquarePants , Invader Zim , and even classics such as Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles . The trailer for Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl does give a look at a stage that looks ripped right out of The Wild Thornberrys . In screenshots, it's also shown that this level can seemingly turn upside down, giving more credence to the idea that these stages will shift. Another shifting stage might be the two stages directly related to Shredder and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles . The trailer shows brawls happening in sewers and Shredder's Technodrome. It would not be surprising to see the Technodrome take over the sewer stage during a fi
First of all, check out the trailer itself, which you can view above. If you skip to 0:35 and pause the screen, you’ll see Patrick Star dropkicking Nigel Thornberry, which understandably draws your eye away from the rest of the frame. Once I saw the white buildings adorned with green and yellow, my mind instantly went to Ba Sing Se - but it could have been somewhere else, right? As distinctive as Ba Sing Se is in Avatar, the portrayal here is 2D and nondescript outside of a vague coloration similarity.
