Things take a dark turn immediately afterward and we get our first glimpse of gameplay, which forcefully reaffirms the project's focus on horror and violence. Ellie is seen sneaking around a campsite and through a deteriorating structure before engaging in a lopsided battle with several determined killers. The combat appears a solid progression from the studio's previous work, boasting effortlessly fluid hand-to-hand and armed conflict. While Joel will be missed , we can't wait to jump back into The Last of Us world as our favorite post-apocalyptic hero
Ever since Nintendo's Smash Bros. Switch tease earlier this year, fans of the iconic brawler franchise have been forced into a grueling waiting game. Thankfully, it's safe to say E3 delivered the goods and created a satisfying anticipation for the upcoming Smash Bros. Ultimate . The private demo allowed Sucker Punch to highlight many of the little details that make the game feel real. Mud splashes about when stepped through, wheat parts as you race by and leaves move across the floor realistically as characters fight. It’s all an impressive sight.
Back in February, EA revealed during an earnings call that they would be releasing two new entries in two of their prominent franchises by March 31, 2020, with the first being a new Need for Speed. While next to nothing is known about the upcoming arcade racer, the publisher did share that fans won’t need to keep an eye on E3 this year for the first look, instead hinting that Gamescom could likely be the destination where the newest Need for Speed gets a full reveal.
The second tease at the end of Bethesda’s E3 2018 appearance was for the sixth entry in the developer’s mega-popular fantasy franchise. Much like Starfield, nothing has been shown about Elder Scrolls VI since its reveal and Howard also stated during the aforementioned panel that it would not have a presence at E3 visit this link year, since the title is likely due after the release of Starfield.
But it doesn't stop there, even the audio, both in the soundtrack and atmospheric sounds that surround you. Even the combat was influenced by certain Japanese Cinema. Some of the more famous of these being Sanjuro and Seven Samurai by Akira Kurosawa. the way the fights play out, that methodical movement, it clearly shows its influences. And it's not ashamed of them, it embraces them. Look forward to feeling like you're the actor in a movie while playing Ghost of Tsushi
It may not have had the clout of a Halo or Gears but Ori and the Blind Forest still stands as one of the best Microsoft exclusives of this generation. And its follow-up, Ori and the Will of the Wisps , looks to take things to the next level with refined platforming, better combat, and (if that’s even possible) even better-looking visuals. Although the devs at Moon Studios could have easily copied and pasted the formula from Ori 1 onto Ori 2 and called it a day, they are looking to make Will of the Wisps one of the best platformers ever made. Based on what we played, Ori and the Will of the Wisps plays and looks better than its predecessor and it still has a lot of that same ma

That was, until last month, when Skull and Bones received its second delay in as many years and the French publisher confirmed that they would not be bringing the title to E3 this year to allow the team to continue working hard on the project.
Authenticity to the period and setting were one of Sucker Punch’s key objectives when building the game. The team traveled to Japan to study the environment and architecture of the time and took that knowledge to develop a stunning game. From the thick forests to the lush moss growing on rocks to the fields of wheat that blow in the wind, Ghost of Tsushima is a gorgeous game to behold. To add additional authenticity to the world, the demo was played with Japanese audio, an option that will be available players at launch.
As another point to all of this, there will, presumably, be no waypoints to follow. This means you may run into areas you're not ready for but the game lets you go at your own pace. This is all to help the player live out their Samurai fantasy dream. Ultimately the game lets you go wherever you w
